I. EXCHANGE ORDERS : CONDITIONS

With this service, CHANGEET offers you the possibility to exchange the desired currency in order to be able to recieve it on your Wallet that you provided

1. ORDER PROCESS

Orders are exclusively made on our website: changeet.com

Orders can only be made for available reserves displayed on the home page of the website.

An order is processed within a maximum of 24 hours. Beyond this period, the customer will be refunded.

In any case, the customer must provide a valid identification, as well as an email address and telephone number.

2. EXCHANGE RATE, FEES AND EXPENSES

Rates and fees are displayed on "Exchange Rates Now" section on the home page of the website

3. PAYMENT METHOD

The amount of the order must be paid in advance by the customer by selected method

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed an exchange order and after we have accepted it, you will receive exchanged amount on your Wallet that you provided and also a confirmation email with the details of the transaction

5. REFUND POLICY

If changeet is unable to process your order, it will refund you all the money you sent
